BARBARA KATHRYN "HORAI" WALL, 80 WINTER HAVEN - Barbara Kathryn "Horai" Wall, 80, of Winter Haven, passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2012, at her home, due to COPD. She was born on January 30, 1932, in Staten Island, New York. Barbara crocheted blankets for the Police Department and also assisted with other charities in delivering teddy bears to children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garrett Wall. She is survived by her children, Kenneth Wall, Douglas Wall, Theresa Mangold (Gilbert), and Kathryn Alger (Richard). She is also survived by numerous grand and great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Thursday, Oct. 4th, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 with a funeral service being held on Friday, Oct. 5th, at 10 am.
