Barbara Ann Hall, 68, died Dec. 6, 2012, at Martin Medical Center, Stuart. She was born in Grayling, Mich., and lived in Stuart for 10 years and Lakewood Park for 13 years, coming from St. Paul, Minn. Before retiring, she was a reference librarian at the Fort Pierce Library. She also was an avid photographer and a volunteer at the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast. She received a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich., and a master's degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Richard Hall of Stuart; mother, Sue Bernard of Palm City; sister, Terri Strutz of Hartland, Mich.; and brothers, Bill Bernard of Hartland and Jim Bernard of Sylva, N.C.
