She is survived by her loving husband Otho Calvin Parker, son Steven Ruggiero (Myra) of Tampa, daughters Kim (Ralph) Sieber, Michele (Steve) Howard, Lisa (Ken) Colwell, stepson Gregg (Anna) Parker, step-daughter Sandy (David Nielsen), grandchildren David, Shawn, Charles, Samuel and Talia Ruggiero, Sara and Kyle Sieber, Steven and Lindsey Howard, Tyler and Trevor Colwell, James, Mark and Matthew Parker, Stacey, Erik and Grant Nielsen, and great-grandchildren, Shantell, Zachary, Angel and Christian.A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday July 7, 2005 at Church of the Cross, 13500 Freshman Lane, Ft.
