Graveside services for Austin Tyler Smith will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday September 28 2002 at Ramer Cemetery near Middleton. Austin the newborn infant son of Catherine Ann Jones and Jessie M. Smith of Middleton died Wednesday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. In addition to his parents Austin is survived by his maternal grandparents Jack and Barbara Vannetter of Halls TN; paternal grandparents Mike and Donna Scott of Middleton TN; maternal great grandparents Bill and Barbara Turner of Rockford IL and Nancy Forsythe of Brownsville TN; paternal great grandparents Mr. and Mrs. O.D. Young and Ann Scalf of Ft. Worth TX and Joyce Scott of Middleton TN. The family requests that memorials be directed to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital's Neo-Natal Care Unit.
