ANDERSON Anderson, Arthur Emery (Andy), 75, of Pompano Beach, FL passed to the Lord at Holy Cross Hospital Fort Lauderdale, FL on April 26, 2002. He was born August 19, 1926 in Webster, MA the son of Joseph and Evelyn Anderson. After graduating from Webster Trade School he served his country 14 years during World War II in the U. S. Navy, also served in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He had a distinguished service record. Upon returning from service he owned and operated a successful trucking company. In 1967 Andy semi-retired and moved his family to Fort Lauderdale and became a well known commercial real estate broker and hotel owner finally retiring in 1987. He is survived by two sisters; Evelyn Jezerski of Webster, MA and Irene Morin of Oxford, MA two sons; Gary S. Anderson of Bradenton, FL and Michael A. Anderson of Sarasota, FL one daughter; Gail K. Anderson of Pompano Beach, FL two grandchildren; Melissa and Emily and several nieces and nephews, care-giver Rita Robitaille of Pompano Beach and former wife Thelma Anderson of Fort Lauderdale, FL. A Memorial Mass will be head Thursday May 2, 2002 at 3:00 P.M. in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Oakland Park FL.
