WILLIAMS, Arthur Charles - Arthur Charles Williams passed away peacefully on March 3, 2009 at Meadowview Villa. Arthur was born June 23, 1908. He was predeceased by his wife Marie in 1985, his brother Harry (1970) sister-in-law Birdie (1996), George (1993) sister-in-law Ethel (1999 ), and nephews Arthur (1997), William (2001) and Clifford (2007). He is survived by nieces Carolyn Alcock, Marlene Osmond (Chester), Sylvia Kirwan (David), Shirley Williams; nephew Richard Williams (Joan) along with several nieces and nephews in England. A celebration of Arthur's life will be held at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, Ontario on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 12:00 noon; with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time at noon; with a reception immediately following in the Family Centre. Cremation has taken place with the interment of ashes at a later date. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice in remembrance of Arthur.
