Art Davis, 86 TORRANCE, Calif. -- Art Davis went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. In heaven he is reunited with Millie, his wife of 58 years. Art was born on Feb. 16, 1925 to Arthur Sr. and Jessie Davis in Gorham. He served our country during World War II in the Army Air Force. Soon after discharge he met and married Millie in 1947. They had six children who he is survived by Janet Davis, Arthur III (Julie) Davis, Ron (Laura) Davis, Susan Rike, Patti (Richard) Bradford and Tammy (Todd) Styers; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers Merle, George and Everett and his devoted friends in Christ, Chuck and Rhea Conklin.
