->WATERVILLE -- Arline E. Cyr, 83, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006, at Mount St. Joseph in Waterville.She was born in Waterville, Jan. 14, 1923, the daughter of Ambrose and Edith (Sturtevant) Spaulding.She was a wise shopper and loved eating out. She was a great cook and her family enjoyed her cooking. She loved going with her family to Lake Moxie and on bus tours with her husband.She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence "Roland" J. Cyr, who died April 28, 2004; her parents; three brothers, Everett and Carleton Spaulding and Lawrence Sturtevant; and by a sister, Margaret Wentworth.Survivors include her children, Barbara Cummings and husband, Clifford, of Moscow, Arthur Cyr and wife, Crystal, of Burnham, Nancy Jones, Joanne Corbin and husband, Lucien, Everett Cyr, Lawrence Cyr Jr. and wife, Donna, Jeffery Cyr and Bruce Cyr, all of Waterville; a sister, Caroline Pease of Winslow; 22 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren; and by a niece, Shirley Williams of Oakland.Public visitation hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St., Waterville. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, at the funeral home.Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Grove St., Waterville.
