Born May 1, 1937, in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Bruzzell and Addie (Barton) Anderson. Arlene is survived by sisters, Stella, Yvonne, Ruby, Patricia, Mary, Regina; brothers, Hudson, Bruzzell "Manny"; daughter, Catherine; son-in-law, Randall; son, Austin Jr.; daughters (nieces), Nadine and Tara; nephew, Blair. She will be greatly missed by all her nieces, nephews, and the Nash family. She was the beloved wife of the late Austin Nash and also predeceased by sister, Pearl (Anderson) Farmer; brother-in-law, Henry Farmer; brother, Reginald Anderson; sister, Sylvia (Anderson) Morton; brother-in-law, Paul Williams. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Rd., Halifax, where a memorial service will be held 10 a.m. today.
