December 2, 2004 Anthony Richard Mitchell of 334 Long Branch Road, Solvay, passed away peacefully at his home on December 2, 2004. Anthony was born on October 17, 1948 at Glens Falls Hospital to Franklin and Edith Mitchell of Indian Lake, New York. After graduating from Indian Lake Central School, class of 1966, Anthony attended State University of New York at Canton. Taking a job at New York Telephone in Albany in 1969, he retired from the phone company in 1994. Anthony had since been employed as an engineer at RAM-TECH Engineers until the time of his passing. He was a good man of strong character. He is survived by his loving children, Tamarra Ann Mitchell and his son, Jonathan Scott Mitchell, both of Diamond Point, New York; his mother, Edith Mitchell of Cosby, Tennessee; his brother, Stephen Mitchell of Ballston Spa; his sister, Leslie Mitchell of Xenia, Ohio. In lieu of floral arrangements, the family would appreciate donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
