Mrs. Annie Ruth White, of Florence, died Friday, April 7, 2006, at ECM Hospital. She was a native and lifelong resident of Lauderdale County, member of Glendale Church of Christ, member of Senior Citizens and was employed by Starkey's Dining Room for 25 years.Visitation will be today, April 8, 2006, from 6-8 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, April 9, 2006, at 3:30 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow in Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Officiating will be Joel Caudle and Sonny Owens.Mrs. White was preceded in death by her parents, James Womble and Derinda Haddock Womble; great-great-grandchild, Ashlyn Brooke Bryant; two sisters and three brothers. She is survived by a son, David Glaze and wife, Shirley, of Athens, Ala.; two daughters, Patricia Spires and Judy Scott and husband, Don, of Florence; grandchildren, Earl Glaze, Terry Whitt, Debra McNatt, David Spires, Donna Mitchell, Ranae Hill, Wendy Condrey and Rusty DePoyster; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be Michael Bryant, Michael Freeman, Jeremy Valentine, Jeff Condrey, James McNatt and Chris Whitt.Mrs. White was a loving grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.Greenview Funeral Home, of Florence, is directing.
