OWENS Annie Constance (Cheney) 82, of Bloomfield, NJ departed this life on June 12, 2008. Born in Forsyth, GA. She lived in Passaic, NJ, for many years before moving to Bloomfield, NJ. She was employed by Fischer Stevens, Clifton NJ before retiring. She was a member of Union Baptist Church, Passaic, NJ. Wife of the late Forrest Owens. Mother of Derrick Owens, beloved sister of Geneva Anthony, Ella Hansford and the late Neva Ruth Hansford, John Quincey Cheney, Ruby Clyde Johnson and Quilyn Cheney. Extended mother of Terrence Brooks, God mother of Mark Hansford. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, cousins and other relatives and friends. Services Tuesday, June 17, 2008 12 Noon at Union Baptist Church, 221 Myrtle Ave., Passaic, NJ. Interment East Ridge Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Tuesday 10 AM - 12 Noon at the church.
