Annie Margaret Harris died on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, NY. She was 68 years old. Annie was born on December 6, 1938 to the late Roy E. Leach and Mary Burnett Craig at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. Annie was a devoted loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was employed & retired by Rockland Psychiatric Hospital in Orangeburg, NY for 25 years. Annie is survived by three sons, Carter W. Burnett of Petersburg, VA and Angelo D. Harris of Nanuet, NY and Roger C. Harris of Spring Valley, NY. Two daughters, Ardelia M. Harris of Suffolk, VA and Tracey Harris of Spring Valley, NY. Two sisters, Carolean C. Craig and Neola C. Craig of Durham, NC and 1 brother, Clifton C. Craig of Galveston, TX. As well as a step-father Charles C. Craig of Chapel Hill, NC. She is predeceased by a son, Roger R. Harris, and a daughter, Lisa Harris, both of Nyack, NY. Visiting will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2007 from 7 to 9 PM at the Faith Temple Church, Bethune Blvd. in Spring Valley, NY. A homegoing service will be held on Friday at 12 noon at the church with burial to follow at Mt. Repose Cemetery in Haverstraw, NY.
