NORTHPORT Annie L. Jones, age 89, of Northport, died Nov. 11, 2009, at home. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Sam DeLaney, Dr. Jimmy Hughes and Rev. Carol Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Jones.Survivors include her daughters, Beatrice Latham (Doug) of Coker, Peggy Lollar (Mike) of Northport and Brenda Sexton (Don) of Northport; sons, Bruce Jones of Northport and R.L. Jones of Northport; brother, Robert McCafferty (Doris) of Carrollton; grandchildren, Glynis Rhodes (Rohn), Brian Latham (Gina), Kevin Latham (Tammy), Shane Lollar, Elaina Sexton and LeAnn Cooper (Heath); and great-grandchildren, Callie, Hannah, Jessica, Joshua, Noah and Alexa.Maw-Maw Jones went home to be with her Lord surrounded by her children and love ones.Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Stephen Browne and staff, Hospice Complete and Amedisys, and members of the Rice's Valley Baptist Church and Robertson Chapel Baptist Church.
