Mrs. Annie Alverson Jones, 72, of 3 Bryant Street, Greenville, S.C., died January 1, 2010 at her residence.She was born in Greenville to the late Harvey Lee Alverson, Sr. and Annie Bailey Alverson.She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.She was predeceased by a brother, Maxie Alverson. Surviving are her husband, John F. Jones; son, Terry Lee Jones; daughter, Jerrie Ann Jones; all of the home; brother, Harvey Alverson, Jr. of Dacusville; sisters, Patsy Garrett and Iona Donahue both of Greenville.The family will receive friends from 6 until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Westville Funeral Home.A Memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.Online condolences may be made at www.westvillefuneralhome.com.
