Annie Doris White, 83, Sabal Palm Drive, Edgewater, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, at her home with her son by her side. A memorial service will be held 3:30 p.m. Monday, December 17, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 998 Father Donlan Drive, New Smyrna Beach. Mrs. White was born August 2, 1924, in Spartanburg, S.C. She worked for the Lincoln National Life Insurance Company in Washington, D.C., before moving to Edgewater in 1980. Mrs. White was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother and enjoyed being with her family. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Julian, after 47 years of marriage. She is survived by her three sons, Michael, Edgewater, Bruce, Pasadena, Md., and Fred, Laurel, Md.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Charles White; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Herbert and Ruth White, all of Edgewater.
