Funeral service for Mrs. Annie Bell White will be on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Anniston Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. John H. James officiating. Burial will be in Labonon Cemetery, in Silver Run. Mrs. White passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2010, at RMC. She was a member of Greater Ebenezer Baptist Church. She received her education in Calhoun County and graduated from Cobb High School in 1958; moved to Chicago, Illinois and worked for the State of Illinois for 30 years. She returned to Anniston in 2001. Survivors include her husband, Mr. Ernest White; children, Robert Earl (LaDonna) Smith Jr., of Bollingbrook, Ill., Reginald Smith, of Anniston, and Celina Smith, of Englewood, Calif.; brother, L.C. (Hattie) McClurkin, of Atlanta, Ga. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Laura McClurkin; first husband, Mr. Robert E. Smith and daughter, Vanessa Bosley.
