ANNE MILLER HIGHLAND, IN Anne Miller, age 84, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert B. Miller; loving mother to the late Robert A. Miller; daughters: Gayle A. Spain (Mark) and Doris Miller Murn; cherished grandmother of Eric Spain (Kristen), Jesse Spain (Renee), Zack Murn and Brooke Duran (Eli); caring Great Grandma of Bret Spain, Tatum Spain, Aspyn Novak, Ciera Novak, Myah Murn, Alisah Duran, Eli Duran and Airic Duran. Cremation will be performed in Phoenix, AZ. Friends and family may attend a celebration of her life at Traditions Restaurant & Pub Wednesday, January 4, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Next to her love of family and friends was Anne's love of the Chicago Cubs. If she was not watching the Cubs, she was cooking - first for her family, then Anne opened her own cafe in Knox, IN for several years. Later she cooked at Marvin's restaurant for 14 years and then Traditions restaurant for 10 years. May she rest in peace.
