SEALE-BROWNE, Anne Catherine (nee Morrison) - It is with great sadness that the family of Anne Seale-Browne announce her passing the evening of Wednesday, May 28th, 2008 in her 87th year. At home wrapped in her loving daughter's arms, Anne left this world to join her beloved George and Ted. Cherished wife of the late George Seale and Edwin ‘Ted' Browne, Anne was always the dearly loved mother of Judy Seale (Bob Wall), whom she lived with during the last nine months. She leaves behind a son, Robert, and grandchildren Keegan, Shea, Ronan, Julie and Taylar. Anne will be deeply missed by sisters Christine Roddick, Marie Walsh and brother, Bob MacGregor, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by mother Rebecca MacGregor and father Daniel Morrison of Sydney, Nova Scotia and brothers Art and John Morrison. Anne was one of the first nationally certified dental assistants in Canada and spent over forty years in Ottawa raising her family after leaving her home in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. After both she and her husband, George, who worked for the federal government retired, they relocated to Kingston where they spent many happy years before Alzheimer's Disease took George from us in 1997. Anne was blessed to find love a second time with Ted Browne and they spent six wonderful years together before Ted's passing on Christmas Day 2005. Tragically, Anne also became a victim of Alzheimer's Disease and came to live with Judy and Bob at their home, the Blue Heron Inn in Prescott. Her wonderful sense of humour and loving disposition brought joy to so many and she will be sorely missed. A brief and devastating medical condition ultimately took her from us and she, thankfully, spent her last day's at home surrounded by love and a caring support team. Cremation has taken place and friends are invited to visit her family from noon to 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 31st at St. Peter's Anglican Church, 4333 Bath Road in Amherstview, followed by a service to celebrate her wonderful life.
