Anna Winona Beard Anna Winona Beard, 72, died Sunday, June 19, 2005. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. EDT Wednesday at Oakland Cemetery. Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Riggins Road Chapel (850-877-8191) is handling arrangements. Born in Cairo, Ga., she was a longtime resident of Albany, Ga. She moved to Tallahassee about 20 years ago. Mrs. Beard had been active in various civic organizations and was an avid golfer.She was a Baptist. Survivors include two daughters, Karen Kugler Mack of Tallahassee and Barbara Beard Bingham of Macon, Ga., and three grandchildren.
