Foster, Anna Mae ALBANY Anna Mae Foster, 84, passed away on August 3, 2014 after a long illness. She was born on May 14, 1930 in Coeymans. She worked with Albany Medical Hospital for many years and retired in 1983. She was a loving and caring woman who always looked out for her family. She was the daughter of the late Raymond Holland and Dorothy Gauntt. She is the sister of the late Ernest Holland, Agnes Jackson; the wife of the late James Foster; she is also predeceased by her children, Preston Foster, Stanley Foster and Carolyn Hooks and her grandchildren, Billy Green Jr., and Thomas Greenwood. Anna is survived by Raymond Holland, Jr., James Foster, Jr., Gloria Green and her husband Billy Green. She is the grandmother of Maria Green, Cuyler Green, Marcus Green, Tonia Green, John Hooks, Monique Hooks, Carsiem Hooks, Preston Foster Jr., Warren Smith, Lucinda Foster, Carmella Foster, Tyhiem Foster and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She will be truly loved and missed by her family. Funeral services will be on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 12 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Graceland Cemetery.
