Anna M. Gregg, 89, of Brick, N.J., passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 18, 2012. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral from the Werson Funeral Home, 635 No. Wood Ave., Linden, N.J., on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, at 9:15 a.m. Funeral Mass will be in St. Elizabeth R.C. Church, Linden, at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, N.J. Anna was born and raised in Bayonne, N.J., then raised her family in Linden for many years before moving to Brick. She was employed by Western Electric in Jersey City, N.J., and Kearny, N.J., from 1953 until retiring in 1983. Anna was the beloved wife of the late Edward Gregg. She was also predeceased by her brothers, John, Mike and George Baron, and sisters, Mary Hovanec and Betty Americk. Anna was a devoted mother and is survived by her three children, son, Edward, and his wife, Maureen; daughter, Nancy Banach, and her husband, Rich, and son, James, and his wife, Mary Pat; cherished grandmother to Kim, Stacey, Ashleigh, Whitney, Todd, Laurie, James, Kelly Ann and Megan; adoring great-grandmother of Griffin, Lexi, Cassidy, Luke, Allison, Sean, Natalie, Gavin, Jayden and Hunter, and loving sister of Margie Lancos.
