Obituary of Anna-L. Carter

Eastaboga - A Memorial Service for Mrs. Anna L. Carter, 75, of Eastaboga, will be at 2 p.m. today, July 21, 2011, at First United Methodist Church of Oxford with the Reverend Charles Worley officiating. Mrs. Carter passed away on July 19, 2011 at NE Alabama Regional Medical Center. A native of Pennsylvania, Mrs. Carter was a retired Certified Nurse's Assistant. She was a member of the Oxford Senior Citizen's Center and the First United Methodist Church of Oxford. Mrs. Carter is survived by her husband, Edward W. Ledbetter, of Eastaboga; daughters, Sallie Shipley and husband, Michael, of Anniston, and Cindy Bage and husband, William, of Candler, N.C.; a son, Charles L. Reynard Jr. of Maryland; grandchildren, Erica Callahan, of Slidell, La., Selena Bage, of Lynchburg, Va.; and Victoria Bage, of Portland, Ore.; and a great- granddaughter, Payton Callahan, of Slidell, La.
