NEW ALBANY BARNES, ANNA JEAN, 71, passed away Friday, January 20, 2006, at Green Valley Healthcare Center. She was a native of West Finley, PA, and the widow of Elwood Miller. She was a former employee of the old Western Truck Stop on State Street in New Albany, and had been a production worker for Squire Boone. She was a member of Tunnel Hill Christian Church, CWF Circle at Church and T.O.P.S. Survivors include one son, Charles Miller of Valley Grove, WV; two daughters, Jessie Branham of Jeffersonville, IN, and Lesa Smith of New Albany; one sister, Ida Mae Wise of Washington, PA; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook, Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes. Visitation will be from noon - 8 p.m. on Sunday, and after 9 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Expressions of sympathy to Tunnel Hill Christian Church.
