Anna (Ciesla) Guyof EndicottAnna C. Guy, 96, of Endicott, passed away Monday, May 24, 2004. She was predeceased by her husband, Andrew in 1946; her parents, Joseph and Helen Ciesla, Sr.; her brothers, Joseph (Jane) Ciesla, Michael (Teresa) Ciesla, John Ciesla; her sisters, Mary, Victoria and Julia Ciesla; her son-in-law, James Gritman. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edmund and Dorothy Guy, Sr., Endicott; her daughter, Dorothy Gritman, Endicott; her grandchildren, Laura (Norwahl) Mating of Hoopa, Calif., Kathleen and Jim Pollastro of Manlius, N.Y., Cynthia Tadla, Tampa, Fla., Deborah and Dick Panicek, Vestal, Edmund Guy, Jr., Endicott; her great-grandchildren, Kimberly Panicek, Andrew Guy, Jennifer, Jessica and Sarah Pollastro, James and Nicholas Tadla; her sister, Veronica Mills, Endicott; and ten nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Casimir's Church, Endicott, since its origin and a retired employee of Endicott Johnson. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff of Evergreen and Cypress Lane at the Vestal Nursing Center.Funeral services will be held Thursday, 9:30 a.m. from the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc., 1905 Watson Blvd., Endicott, and at 10 a.m. at St. Casimir's Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Mrs. Guy may be made to St. Casimir's Memorial Fund, 212 N.
