Survived by her children, Sandra Farrell, Craig (Charlotte) Smith, Penny (Gordon) Gerow; her grandchildren, Peggy (Jerard) Scacchetti, James Farrell, Patti (Tim) Oberer, Mike (Sheilagh) Farrell, Marc Smith, Theresa (Brent) Chambry, Tammy Tisa, Philip (Diane) Gerow; 14 great-grandchildren; her sister, Valentine (Joe) Palis; many nieces, nephews and friends. Ann enjoyed line-dancing, gardening and loved to cook. She was a longtime member of St. Leo Rosary Society.
