SMITH, Ann (nee Brendzy) Peacefully at the Fairview Manor, Almonte, Ontario, on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late William John Smith (October 10, 1969). Loving mother of Patricia (Barrie) Crampton, Carole (Herb) Meincke, D'Arcy (Lorna), Lorraine (John) Peer, Debra (Kevin) Bradley, David (Francine). Cherished granny to 16 grandchildren and loving great-granny to 19 great-grandchildren. Survived by her sister Dorothy (Edmund) Heath, of California and her brother William (Sonia), of St. Catherines, Ontario. Predeceased by her parents Anna and William Brendzy, her sisters Mary, Catherine, Eileen, Victoria and brothers Steve and Claude. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff at Fairview Manor for the compassionate care they provided.
