Ann (Marusich) Miller of Johnson City 12/17/21 - 03/30/08 Ann (Marusich) Miller of Johnson City, N.Y., loving mother, sister, aunt, and grandma, passed away Sunday, March 30th, 2008, at the Ideal Senior Living Center in Endicott after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease and cancer. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Miller; her parents, Metro and Eva Marusich; her siblings, Helen Bishop, John (Yonk) Marusich, Peter Marusich and his wife, Sadie, and Michael (Mack) Marusich. Ann is survived by her children, Barbara Miller, Los Angeles, Calif., William (wife, Nancy), Punta Gorda, Fla., Donna Miller-Zajac (husband, Jan), Binghamton, and Patrick James (PJ) Miller (wife, Debbie), Endicott. Ann is also survived by her siblings, Mary Marusich, Binghamton, Steven Marusich, Visalia, Calif., Rose Wyles, Oregon, and William Marusich (wife, Joyce), Binghamton. In addition to several nieces and nephews, she is survived by six grandchildren, Alyane (Nikki Miller) Shoemaker, Aric Miller, Aaron and Rebecca Zajac, Jessica and Justin Miller; and five great-grandchildren who will all miss her very much. Ann was a very devoted, dedicated wife and mother who spent her life supporting and serving her family. She enthusiastically cheered all of us on in whatever we choose to undertake. She was always our number one fan and we will forever appreciate her unconditional support. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff on the 4th Floor Aster Place at Ideal Senior Living Center for their exceptional care, compassion, and concern for Ann and her family during the last three and a half years while she was in their care. A Funeral Service will be held at Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main St., Johnson City, Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
