Homemaker AUGUSTA, Ga. - Angela Smith, loving wife of Donnie Smith, Jr. for 21 years, went to be with our heavenly Father Monday July 31, 2006. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she has touched; however, she has endured much pain and suffering for many months, but now she will have a new body with no more pain and suffering. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Thomas L. King Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Charles Pennington and Stuart Waller officiating. Interment in Hillcrest Memorial Park. She leaves behind a husband, Donnie A. Smith, Jr.; two daughters, Melody Richardson (Moran), Teresa Johnson; two sons, Brandon Smith (Bridgette), Donnie Smith, Sr. (Kristy); two brothers, Craig Murdaugh (Marilyn) Jay Murdaugh (Wanda); four grandchildren, Trenton, Angela Chelsea, Donnie Jr. and Tristan; mother, Gloria Smith; father, J.C. Murdaugh, Sr. ; nephews, J.C. and Trevor. Pallbearers are Sid Hatfield, Donnie Way, Brad Storey, Seisel Wall, Robert Williams and Tommie Crabb.
