WELCH, Angela (née Sturt-Smith) The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Sunday, May 16, 2004 at the age of 43 years. Daughter of Reta (née Good) Chadwick of Stettler, Alberta and of the late Edward Chadwick. Dear sister of Ted Chadwick (Andrea) of Sudbury, Glen Sturt-Smith of Wiarton, Kathy Jackson (John) of Milton, Debbie Chadwick, Lynda Cody and Lori Rodgers all of London. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
