PARROTTA, Angela (nee Gentile) In loving memory of Angela Parrotta (nee Gentile), 71 years who passed away Saturday evening, September 3rd, 2005 surrounded by her loving family and friends. Beloved wife of Antonio "Tony" Parrotta of Sudbury predeceased. Loving mother of Assunta "Sue) (husband Lorenzo D'ascanio) of Sudbury, Domenic (friend Nancy) of Texas, Franca (husband John Ferri) of Sudbury, Vince (wife Linda) of California, Lorella husband Guiseppe Folino), Sandro (wife Kelly) and Patsy Parrotta all of Sudbury and Carmelo (wife Michelle) of Niagara Falls. Special Nonna of Carmine, Meghan, Andrew, Franco, Brianna, Brittany, Daniela, Anthony, Andrea, Kendra, Isabella and Amedeo. Dear daughter of Vincenzo and Maria Gentile both predeceased. Dear sister of Antonio predeceased (wife Maria), Cosimo (wife rosa) and Vito (wife Maria) all of Italy. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Born in Calabria, Italy, she married Tony in 1954. Angela enjoyed gardening, she was an excellent cook and dedicated her life to her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered as a kind and generous woman, who lived her faith and leaves a wonderful legacy for her family and friends. The family wish to thank the staff at 5th Floor Special Care, St. Joseph Site for their care and kindness especially Diane, Monique and Dr. S. Cameron. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in St. Anthony's Church, 19 Mary St., Thursday, September 8th, 2005 at 10 a.m. Interment in the Civic Cemetery.
