SCOTT, Andrew J.1945 - 2015Surrounded by family, Andy passed away on February 9, 2015 at home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband, soul mate and best friend of Emily for 42 years and devoted loving father to Jennifer Ann and Mark Andrew (Elizabeth). He leaves behind his sister Margaret (George), brothers Ed (Josephine) and Tom (Suzanne), sisters-in-law Ann, Muriel and Joan and mother-in-law and father-in-law Mary and William. Dear son to the late Agnes and John and brother and brother-in-law to the late, Agnes, Daniel, Bill, John, Frank and Dierk. He will also be fondly remembered and missed by his many nieces and nephews, friends, colleagues and anyone who took the time to know him. Andrew had a long and successful career in education. His passion and creativity inspired many young people to follow their dreams and change the world in their own way. He enjoyed his retirement being outside, either in his garden or up north skiing, biking and playing golf, and always with Emily by his side. His distinct sense of humour will be missed by those who understood and came to appreciate his wit.
