HIGGINS, Andrew Francis Passed away in Huntingdon on June 23, 2014, Mr. Andrew Francis Higgins, aged 86 years. Son of the late Thomas and Mary Jane Higgins. Predeceased by his brothers Gerald, Harold "Jake" and Leo; and one sister Helen. Survived by his sister-in-law Catherine; his nephew Michael (Norma); his niece Debra (Jim); one great-nephew Harold "Patrick"; and also by many relatives and friends.
