"Bob" Johnson Sr. April 12, 2008 Alva Robert "Bob" Johnson Sr., 91, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully and went home to be with the Lord Saturday, at Crouse Hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, Willie Bell Johnson; and two sons, Robert Johnson Jr. and Willie C. Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memory, one grandson, Robert Pope Johnson (Beverly) of Syracuse; two great-grandchildren, Wendi A. Moore (Craig) and Jasmine Pope-Johnson of Syracuse; three great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-great-grandson. Memorial services will be Saturday, 2 p.m. at Garland Bros.
