Alton Adger Johnson, 83, of 106 House Lane, died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, at Cannon Memorial Hospital. He was a son of the late Adger Johnson and Georgiann Gillespie Johnson Evatt, a retired farmer, and of the Baptist faith. Surviving are a half sister, Pauline Tucker of Pickens; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. today at Dillard Memorial Funeral Home. Services: 2 p.m. Monday at Bishop Branch Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at their respective homes.
