Ballenger Morgan<br> -->Alta Elizabeth Ballenger Morgan WELLFORD, SC-- Alta Elizabeth Ballenger Morgan, 78, of 506 Syphrit Road died Tuesday, September 23, 2008. She was the daughter of the late Boyce and Erie Ballenger and the wife of John Wesley Morgan of the home. She was member of Una First Free Will Baptist Church. Other survivors include four step-daughters, Nancy Thornton of Boiling Springs, Dianne Fowler of Inman, Judy G. Davis and Deanna Scruggs, both of Pauline; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; one brother; Boyce Ballenger and a number of nieces and nephews. Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Una First Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Kenneth Cash, Rev. Mitch Edge and Rev. Leonard Brown officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at Stribling Funeral Home. Interment will be at Duncan First Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Una First Free Will Baptist Church Building Fund, PO Box 283, Una, SC 29378. The family is at the home. The Stribling Funeral Home- Duncan, SC
