Alma Lois Williams, 79, of Marianna died Oct. 26 at Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness. She as born April 9, 1928, in Holmes County to the late Austin "Bud" and Minnie Morris Cherry. Survivors include her brother, Paul Cherry of Bonifay; two sisters, Ressie Lee Austin of Graceville, and Annie Laura Pollard of Avon Park; plus several nieces and nephews. Memorial services were held Nov. 1 at Marvin Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Johnson officiating and James & Lipford Funeral Home of Graceville directing.
