ALMA MARCHARND (Nee Lebrun) 1932-2007 The family announces with great sorrow her passing at the Timmins & District Hospital on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at the age of 74 years. Predeceased by her husband Simon Marchand (2004). Loving mother of Noraman Marchand of Thessalon. Dear sister of Rheal (Anita) Lebrun, Roger (Yolande) Lebrun, Ernest Lebrun (Germaine Gauthier), Irene (Late Jacques) Chartrand, Lorraine (Laurent) Fortier, Colette Reneaud all of Timmins and a brother-in-law Roger Gauthier also of Timmins. She leaves many nieces and nephews as well as many brothers and sisters-in-law of the Marchand family. Alma will be sadly missed by a very special friend Léo Seguin. Also predeceased by her parents Wilfrid & Bertha Lebrun and her sister Carmen Gauthier. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 15, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. from the Miron-Wilson Chapel (Fr. Leo Rancourt officiating). Remembrance donations to the Heart & Stoke Foundaton would be greatly appreciated.
