Alma Jean "Scottie" Taylor, 81, died Oct. 6, 2008, at the Treasure Coast Hospice Residence in Stuart. She was born in Cheybogan, Mich., and lived in Indiantown for five years, coming from West Palm Beach. She was a homemaker and a member of Family Worship Center, in Indiantown. Survivors include her daughters, Colleen Leath, Kathleen Cummings, Tammy Miller and Geraldine Abreau; sons, Craig, John and Eddie; nine grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Taylor, in 1980; and son, Daniel Taylor, in 2006. Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 S.E. Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997. SERVICES: A memorial celebration will be at 6 p.m. Oct. 9 at the Family Worship Center in Indiantown with the Rev. Bruce Butler officiating.
