Hall, Allison FrancesNov. 2, 1981 - March 7, 2012Allison passed quietly at home on March 7, 2012, in Sarasota, Fla. after a magnificent battle against breast cancer. Born in Coral Gables, Fla., she moved with her family to Sarasota in 1997. She attended Cardinal Mooney High School, graduated from Florida State University and obtained her law degree from St. Thomas University. Allison practiced law at the Price Law Firm in Orlando up until February of this year. She was greatly respected by both the Bench and the Bar in Orange County.Allison married the love of her life, David Nelson, in 2010, in a beautiful ceremony on Useppa Island and honeymooned in the Hawaiian Islands. She enjoyed the beach, boating in the Bahamas and spending time at her family's ranch in Arcadia and her family's farm in Mississippi. She especially enjoyed being together with her many devoted friends who traveled from far and wide to be with her at the end. Her family is so very grateful to her friends and to all those people both here and around the country who have given so much of themselves in remembrance of Allison during this tragic time.In addition to her husband, Allison is survived by her grandparents, Lew and Muriel Hall of Arcadia, Fla., her grandfather James E. King from Heidelberg, Miss., her father and mother, Kay and Lewis Hall from Sarasota, her sister, Emily Hall, presently residing in Corvallis, Ore., her brother, Miles Hall, currently attending the University of Tennessee. A celebration of life service is planned for Saturday March 17, 2012, at the Siesta Key Chapel commencing at 10:30 a.m. Toale Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made towards breast cancer research to: M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, P.O. Box 4486, Houston, Texas 77210-4486. Online donations may be made at www.mdanderson.org/gifts. Memorial donations are also encouraged for Tidewell Hospice, 5955 Rand Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34238.
