LEBANON JUNCTION - Carter, Allie Catherine, 93, died Tuesday, July 12, 2011 in Shepherdsville, KY. She was the former Allie Catherine Toole, a native of Melrose, NM. She was a retired line captain for the James B. Beam Distillery in Clermont, KY, a housewife and homemaker and a Baptist by faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivery and Cora Toole; her husband, Donald Eugene Carter; sister, Goldena Grant; and brother, Chester A. Toole. Survivors: two daughters, Donna Dean Doan, Bardstown, KY and Darlene Haley, Shepherdsville; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at Kappel Funeral Home, Lebanon Junction, with Pastor Benedict "Deke" Rigor officiating, with burial in Hebron Cemetery, Shepherdsville.
