Allen Lee Carter, 57, of Panama City Beach, Fla., went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Funeral services will be held at noon, today, May 16, 2011, at Affordable Funeral Care by Yorkshire, 1112 Ohio Ave., Lynn Haven, FL 32444. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
