NEW SMYRNA BEACH - Allen Hall, 83, of Bouchelle Island Drive, who retired in 1988 as the director of corporate auditing for Chase Federal Bank, Miami, died Saturday at Hospice Care Center, Port Orange. Mr. Hall, a Marine Corps veteran, was born in Putnam, Conn., and moved here in 1997 from Miami. He earned his bachelor's of science degree at the University of Connecticut and his master's in education and finance at Trinity College. He was a member United Church of Christ where he was financial officer, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Kiwanis, the American Legion, Putnam Lodge F&AM and the Scotish Rite Consistory, Great Barrington, Mass., the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials, the Golden Circle Society of South Miami Hospital. He enjoyed numismatic gardening. Survivors include his wife, Priscilla; a son, Ryan, Amherst, N.H.; and a brother, Windsor Hall, Woodstock, Conn.
