September 16, 2007, of Collins, NY, at the age of 76, beloved husband of Beatrice (Nowak) Peters; loving father of Wayne Peters, Beth (John) MacCarrick and Hope (Timothy) Keilman; grandfather of Matthew, Ryan, Aaron and Nicole; brother of Clarence (Jean) Peters and the late Henrietta (James) Steele, Ralph Peters and Melvin (Marjorie) Peters; brother-in-law of June Peters; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 10 AM at The Free Methodist Church, 149 West Main St., Gowanda. Please assemble at church. Mr. Peters was a Korean Conflict Air Force veteran, retired Office Manager of Gernatt Family of Companies, Collins, a former member of The Buffalo Launch Club, former Gowanda School Board member, Treasurer of T.L.C. Hospital and member of The Board of Directors and a volunteer for The Gowanda Food Pantry. If desired, memorials may be made to The Gowanda Ambulance Service or The Gowanda Free Methodist Church.
