McGOWAN, Alice Mary October 26, 1926 - June 8, 2010 On June 8, 2010, Alice Mary McGowan of Edmonton passed away peacefully at the University of Alberta Hospital. Alice was predeceased by her husband, Carey in 2006. She is survived by daughters, Sharon McGowan and Evelyn (Ben) Morrison; sons, Mel McGowan, Darrell (Darlene) McGowan and Ron McGowan; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Alice was predeceased by one grandson and one great-granddaughter.
