Alice Marie Burke died in Phoenix on May 19, 2014. Alice was born in Syracuse, New York, to Alfred Julius and Marie Erickson on June 14, 1919. She married Francis Joseph Burke in 1945. With sons Tim (Phoenix) and Eric (Gurnee, Illinois), Alice and her family moved to Scottsdale in 1959. Her husband, "Joe," died in 1990. Alice is survived by her sons and their wives (Denise, Brenda); and her grandchildren, Tricia (Honolulu), Ryan (Salt Lake City), Kyli (Chicago), and Aimee (Denver) Burke. Alice's family will continue to support cancer, kidney disease, and Alzheimer's research. Alice's family will observe a private remembrance in Phoenix. Date of Death: May 19, 2014
