CLARK, Alice L. Christie., 91, of Tampa, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 22, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack E. Clark. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was proud of her family. She is survived by four children, Barbara Pescina of Wadsworth, Ohio, Dale C. Clark of Apollo Beach, Fla., Judith Colby of Wiscasset, Maine, and Jack E. Clark II of Phoenix, Ariz. 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Alice was involved in various club functions and enjoyed craft projects. She was retired from Maas Brothers. Both Alice and Jack were from Ellwood City, Pa., and had traveled extensively throughout the United States in their earlier years before settling the Tampa area. She was of the Presbyterian faith. She requested no flowers, but any contributions to be sent to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 12502 Pine Drive, Tampa, FL 33612. Make checks payable "Shriner' s Children' s Hospital" with her name in the memo section. A service will take place at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, Fla., where she will be interred at 1:30 p.m. Friday, August 15. Pastor Hank Snedeker-Meier will officiate.
