Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010, in Wards Funeral Home Chapel for Alice Kate Bradley Jackson, 90, of Chicopee. The Rev. David Beville and the Rev. Dale Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Family will receive friends Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.Mrs. Jackson passed away Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010. She was born in North Carolina and had lived most of her life in Hall County. She was daughter of the late Charles and Ada Baynard Bradley. She retired from Myers Elementary School where she worked in the lunch room. She was of the Baptist faith and had attended Montgomery Memorial Baptist Church. Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her husband, James Henry Jackson and grandchildren, Shawn and Vickie Jackson. Those wishing may make donations to a charity of your choice in memory of Mrs. Jackson.Survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Joan Jackson, Gainesville, and Eldon E. and Donna Jackson, Camden, N.C.; grandchildren, Miranda and Dale Thomas, Conyers, Carla and Nick Picciano, Loganville, Jeremy and Shelli Mincey, Dahlonega, Jason Mincey, Dahlonega, Denise Jackson, Camden, N.C., and Robert Jackson, Camden, N.C.; sisters-in-law, Bertha Lou Walls, Silver Creek, and Lillie Belle Holder, Lindale; and a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other family members.
