Athens - Alexander Lee Smith, infant son of Terry Lee Smith and Helen Elizabeth Poore, died Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at Athens Regional Medical Center. In addition to his parents he is survived by his grandparents: Deborah Poore and Randy Greene of Athens, Brenda and Cecil Fowler of Winterville and great-grandmother Teresa Greene of Pawtucket, RI. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers: Carl Poore and James Smith. A memorial service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, September 9, 2006 at Lord & Stephens East Chapel. Lord & Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
