WILLIAMS, Alden E., 81, of Port Richey, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2003 at his companion's residence. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, he moved here in 1985 from Laurel, Md. He worked as a corrections officer for the U.S. Government and was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps and a member of the China-Burma Veterans Organization. He was a Methodist. He is survived by a son, Alden E. Williams Jr. of Germany; a daughter, Penny M. Yates of Stevensville, Md.; two brothers, Earl Williams of Calif. and John Williams of S.C.; a sister, Patricia Chambers of Calif.; and a grandchild. He is also survived by his companion, Dee Dietrich of Port Richey. Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 5, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Memorial Gardens, Hudson, with full Military Honors.
